Tenants

  • How old do you have to be and what are the requirements to apply for an apartment?

    Applicants must be of legal age. Requirements are listed and can be reviewed once you select a vacancy and click  “Apply Now.”

  • My lease expiration date is coming up and I want to move out. What do I do?

    In order to properly terminate your lease, a written notice of intent to move, 60 days prior to the end of your lease is required. 

  • What happens if I pay my rent late or do not pay at all?

    Late fees may be assessed and/or a 3-Day notice to vacate will be issued for nonpayment of rent. 

  • What is Premier Property Management’s address and phone number?

  • What is the pet policy?

    Pets are not permitted in our apartment units. Pets may be permitted in single family homes with an additional pet fee and signed lease addendum. 

  • How do I get my security deposit back?

    It is our goal for all tenants to receive a full refund of their security deposit. Detailed move-out instructions are provided in your lease and can be reviewed through your tenant portal.

  • How will you find tenants for my property?

    Backed by innovated technology, we use effective marketing strategies and also do a thorough screening on all tenants. Your property will be advertised on our website and various other popular sites such as Zumper and Apartments.com. 

  • What criteria is used to find tenants?

    To exceed market standards we look for applicants with stable income, good credit, and excellent background checks.  

  • Who handles the middle of the night calls?

    We do!! We resolve all problems that could arise at any time, so you can be STRESS FREE and enjoy your sleep!

  • How often will I hear from Premier Property Management?

    We communicate necessary information to landlords and provide monthly reports. 

  • Do you charge an extra fee if we need to evict a tenant?

    All fees and charges are outlined in the Property Management Agreement.

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single and multi- family homes as well as commercial properties.  

  • Do you collect the security deposits?

    We collect the security deposits and provide to the Landlord/Investor.
